Simrah Farrukh (b. 1997) is an American-Pakistani photographer and artist based between Los Angeles and San Francisco. She creates images that traverse fashion, portraiture, and a personal practice.

Simrah’s work is rooted in femininity, community and belonging. Her work is known to bring a fine art quality to the commercial space. Growing up in the West with influences from her Pakistani and Muslim upbringing, her perspective brings a unique approach to storytelling that offers a safe space for third culture kids. With a subtle softness and painterly look at play, Simrah's work unveils the intimate truths and nuances of misrepresented communities.

Simrah believes in the inclusion and celebration of AAPI, Muslim, Black and brown female voices in the industry. She cultivates a harmonious community where people of South Asian descent can see themselves in her work.
