Inspired by her South Asian background, Simrah’s work honors beauty, fashion, belonging, and soul with a deep reverence for womanhood and cultural expression.  She is drawn to the quiet, grounded moments where resilience and tenderness meet, shaping images that honor both the individual and the worlds they carry. 

Her process invites a synergy between herself and whoever is infront of her lens, creating a calm space for revelation. 

Whether it be a personal project or commercial brand work, Simrah carries a distinct visual sensitivity—bringing atmosphere, honesty, and textured storytelling into every frame.

At the heart, her work embraces softness not as fragility, but as power.

As Art Director for Purecious Jewelry, Simrah is developing the visual identity across campaigns.
